500 days of Autumn

500 days of Autumn

Wednesday, 2 January 2013

Christmas has come and gone, the presents are unwrapped, the last bit of pie eaten and our tire tracks have traced the long path from our hometown to our big city.
And I am content. 2012 was a whirlwind of change, the changing from a house to a creaky floored apartment, to planning a wedding, and finally, marrying my best friend.
Its hard to summarize, hard to break down a year of emotions and tears, both happy and sad into one or two paragraphs. But its been good. I'm 20 years old, though at times I feel disconnected with my age all together, either far too old or far too young. I guess thats the problem with growing up, its never quite comfortable.

Here's to a beautiful 2013

this is beautiful, K. your pictures are perfection, and your words so true. one can't really summarize a years experiences, lessons learned and people met in a few paragraphs. i suppose through many pages scribbled in journals, and the many pictures taken we remember those days. :)

These photos are amazing :) we are the same age, and gosh, I can't believe how far apart are lives seem to be. You seem so much more "advanced" than me, haha. Oh, how I'd love to have my own place! xo Nikki
